This project was a brand-new development of high specification and stylish large 4-bedroom semi-detached houses.
The project involved construction of 31 two and four-bed semi-detached and detached houses in Donabate with landscaped gardens and communal spaces. Each house is designed and finished to a high standard while maximising space over three floors.
These high-quality houses have a fully future-proofed design, and it is the first residential development in Ireland to install best in-class zoned fire protection sprinkler system.

An additional floor was added to 1 Grand Canal Quay at 7th floor level whilst the building remained fully occupied. The existing 6th floor was also refurbished to tie in with the new development on the 7th floor. Working next to the busy live DART line the decisions was taken to manufacture the end bay on the ground and lift it onto preinstalled stub foundations at 6th floor level during a six-hour night-time railway possession. The main challenge for this development was to construct in 2 months an additional floor beside a ‘LIVE’ Railway line and adjacent to a busy Pedestrian/Cycle route over an occupied multi-tenant office but this was achieved in the agreed time-frame.

This former marine warehouse (originally built for loading cattle in 1800’s) was converted into a stunning contemporary office development with panoramic views of the North Quays in Dublin. A mezzanine floor was introduced by raising the roof and introducing a clear storey window and skylights. A combination of restoration, conservation and contemporary design produced circa 4000 ft² of prime workspace on the South Quays with the 8m long by 5m high solid oak doors automated for ease of use. The glass balustrade to the River’s edge doubles as part of the new flood defence on this part of the River Liffey. Refurbishing the existing ironmongery and fixing onto new solid oak shutters gives the front elevation of this Campshires building back its unique character.

    K Club Hotel, Kildare

“Live Environment” Liffey Wing extension which saw 70 bedrooms with full en-suite completed on time and within budget. 5 floors were constructed using twin wall and wide slab structures. These were prefabricated off site and the floor slab and twin wall internal was poured in-situ giving a sealed floor once props were removed. Services were prefabricated where possible and dropped into position on site thus speeding up the first fix phase of the project. This allowed other trades to keep pace with the rest of the structure. The early construction and optimisation of the mock-up sample room assisted greatly in the reduction in the overall on-site construction phase and minimised reworking. The building achieved a B1 rating and each room was decorated to the highest quality finish ensuring the best standards were maintained.
