This is a mixed-use, office and residential development with 78 units ‘Build-to-Rent’ housing development. The scheme consists of two blocks, one as a new build, office, and residential building a Construction of a six-storey over basement. The other, an existing office building which is proposed to be extended by the addition of two additional floors.
