This mixed-use development project consists of 19 apartments over five floors, 2 retail units on the ground floor. The residents’ amenities include a roof garden, courtyard, bicycle parking spaces and storage facilities.
This project is being carried out on the derelict former dye factory works constructed circa 1900. The existing structure was demolished and is being replaced with a 5-storey mixed use development, while the existing masonry arch facing Cork Street is retained as part of the works.
This social housing scheme is being designed and constructed to meet the requirements of the purchasing housing agency.
